Sosta Argentinian Kitchen restaurant was the brainchild of three of Adelaide’s local hospitality workers who have been in the industry for many years and not forgotten what it’s all about. They have come together to provide a warm and welcoming feeling to all.

When at Sosta you feel like one of the family where nothing is to much trouble. Under the careful eyes of Vincenzo in the kitchen, you can be assured of a quality meal every time. The passion for his craft comes from an early age as an Italian child helping his parents picking olives, making sausages, tomato sauce, and helping out in the veggie patch, this where the understanding of produce and the passion started. The knowledge and skill are visible today in the kitchen as Vincenzo weaves the magic.

Out the front Sosta has Phill and Anna doing their thing, with Phill always looking to try new things and finding better ways to make your time at Sosta a truly memorable one. Phill takes care of the wine and drink list, with over 130 wines and a huge range of spirits and liqueurs this is no small task. (Ssshhh he is also a chef so food and wine matching is no problem, he is more than happy to help out). Anna makes you feel right at home when there, greeting you with a big smile and a warm hello, you will notice her as she will be buzzing around making sure your time is perfect.

Late in 2008 the three decided to give Sosta a big makeover, with a huge overhaul of the whole place, with careful planning, what resulted was a beautiful, warm, and inviting dining room, without losing the charm and special something that Sosta has become.

  • Lunch: Monday to Friday,12noon to 2:30 pm
  • Dinner: Monday to Friday, 6pm to 9:30pm, Saturday, 5:30pm to 9:30pm, Sunday, 6pm to 10pm
  • Licensed, BYO – $20 Per Bottle. 750ml wine only max 2 bottles per booking
  • Seats 130 inside, 28 outside
  • Private function room seating 60
